What this form is for

Use this form to request immediate removal of an image hosted on MemeStack that is either:

• Non-consensual intimate imagery — sexual or intimate images of you (or someone you represent) published without consent.
• AI-generated deepfake impersonation — synthetic media depicting you (or someone you represent) in a sexual, intimate, or otherwise harmful manner.

We process valid requests within 48 hours as required by the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act. We will email you when an administrator reviews your request.

What this form is NOT for

• Copyright takedowns — use the DMCA process described in our Terms of Service.
• General harassment, spam, or off-topic content — use the “Report” button on the image itself (account required).
• Content hosted on other platforms — we can only remove content stored on MemeStack. Contact the host directly for content elsewhere.
